Anubis: a few months ago they did a blood test. i'm very low in iron, calcium potassium, and a bunch of other stuff. :/

Most likely from not eating enough Iron-rich meat. Calcium deficiency, most likely from not getting enough milk, and potassium, well, you can get that from various sources. Of course, there are other places to get Calcium and Iron, but milk and meat are the best.

Not having enough Iron= anaemia. I hope you get well soon.
