-4. My neighbors kept me up after midnight, I had horrible nightmares when I finally did sleep, the construction underneath my window started promptly at 8 AM, and I have a paper due tomorrow that I haven't even started yet.

-10. I just found out that my cat, Smulan, passed away during the night at the, I suppose, high age of 17. I have had her my entire life, and has previously been subjected to the deaths of her brother and daughter. She was all I had left. I'm not devestated yet, just.. solemn.

It will come, I can feel it coming - the grief.
