I wish I would stop relying on food to feel OK and to be soothed...It's almost like self-medicating...
This emptiness inside...I have so much more to work on in my life...I'm just trying to picture the ideal self I'd like to become and not loose hope or focus...and at the same time trying to embrace my imperfect self the way it is...
