-8. I came home from work today feeling like my brains were falling out of my head. All I could hear when I came home was loud music and blister packs of medicine being opened. It's after midnight now and this is the first time I've gotten a bit of peace. Lots of thoughts were tumbling around for an hour or so and then I came on here and now I've managed to calm my head down a bit.

Stressed. So, -6.

My mom wants us all to go to church. I don't want to. I can't tell her that I just don't believe in that stuff because it will bring unwanted stress.

Ugh, I just became a -10 thinking about it.
