Hope things improve for all those in the negative, if I had always been posting here I'd have only wrote -10 twice, and that would have been immediately after a suicide attempt.

That sucks also. On rare days I might be a 0 and that is only for a few hours at the most. I don't think I have ever been negative. When I have Wrll I am always a +10.
