Somewhere below -8. Getting panic attacks, and it's pissing down outside so no way to just bike around aimlessly. I don't know anyone in the area, and the few people I know are at least 300miles away from here.

As for myself:

Feeling down, lots to do and little motivation to do it. I think my headaches have stopped, but that statement could be premature.
