About -1... so sort of okay, I guess. I'm going to eat pastries, in a little while, too, called 'dammsugare'. That should make me feel a bit better. And then a big cup of ceylon tea with whole milk and cream, and it should be yet a bit better. No feelings of suicide, at all, right now. It's been a bit bad, recently, but I really think it's getting a bit better, mood-wise.

Maybe I'll go bicycling, tomorrow, too.... will see about that. Might be getting enormously rainy with a lot of lightning, though, so going out in that weather, with an aluminium bike, would be a bit reckless.
