0 I believe I am in the beginning of a mixed episode. I have total insomnia and right now its 315 AM and not planning to sleep anytime soon. I usually sleep at 10 or 11 PM to put it into perspective. I also didn't sleep well for the last 3 days. On one of the days I slept about 2 hours and the next maybe 4 hours. Today is 0 hours. I have been hallucinating a little bit due to sleep deprivation. If I don't sleep for days I think I will sadly have a psychotic breakdown but I feel energy flowing throughout my entire body. I hate that feeling! I can't sleep!! !! !

I know how you feel. It does suck. I have hypomanic episodes usually a few times a month.

-5. An episode of Psych made me miss my dad. :(

I can get to "zero" on willpower alone, but I think only good fortune would take it higher ATM. Still, I'll take it... :wink:
