I do know though. Cause I was absolutely certain for a long time that there was no way forward. I ridiculed other people's suggestions that there was, saying, "No, my situation is different. It can't be solved," Because I did not see how it was possible for it to be solved.

But eventually I learned I had not in fact been seeing all the possibilities. I had only been seeing one possibility, the worst one. Seriously I do not think this would have taken place without taking an antidepressant that actually works as opposed to the others that did not. If I don't take my medicine when I should before long I instantly start seeing the good possibilities disappear like they don't exist. But when I'm on it as I should be, they reappear.

It's not that the medicine deluded me either. I still see that I COULD kill myself when I'm on it if I wanted to. But I see the other possibilities as well. And the other possibilities are infinitely better.

Irresponsibility displayed by my co-worker. She left on holiday without finishing one major task and left the rest of us in a big mess. But I'm OK now. Bad feelings gone. :)

I am both outraged and relieved (sorry for being a little late to the party)

Thanks for caring :)
I'm really good now. I spent 3 hours at the beach so I'm all relaxed and happy again. Maybe even +9 :)

+3, unspeakably angry at my stepfather right now.

Edit, -8.

Has nothing to do with the sudden drop, but I need a new avatar.
