Life's not easy right now.
Money's always difficult. I have to pay for a bus pass for when I go to school, and I'm getting payed 160$ when wednesday rolls around.
It's not enough though. The money will probably BARELY cover the pass, and then I have to worry about gas money, money for food, and some other purchases I really, really want to make.
I go to school every day during the week, and I work one of the most unpleasant jobs in terms of worker satisfaction in the US: a gas station attendant.
How far away from "school" do you live? It might be worth learning to ride/drive something. Cheap solution: pass your MSF course (is that what it's called in the US?), pick up a cheap second-hand 125cc bike, voila, instant epicness. They're retardedly easy to drive, they are insanely fuel efficient (current bike averages to about 90mpg over the last 2000 miles. 175 miles on a fuel tank - and a fuel tank costs about £8), and some of them are nice. The only major drawback is that it's a major first investment (the bike can be acquired for cheap. The problem is usually the insurance).
Not suggesting cars because, frankly, it's cheaper to take the bus 9 times out of 10 for short distances.
Also, be happy - gas station attendant might be a bad job, but:
- You have a job
- It could be working in your nearest fast food's kitchen. Believe me, it's a damn sight worse than being at a petrol station.
So all is not that bad
