Well rmgh I'm reading your message so yes you still exist. Even though it sounds like it doesn't feel that way. You know what thing that is strange, when I start feeling that way I also feel physically removed from the things I'm touching so I feel the need to touch them much more aggressively than normal to feel like I'm touching them, and this sometimes brings back the feeling of being real in every sense too. Just like a tabletop. If I feel like you do now I might touch it and see a hand and feel it's not my hand. So then I have to run my hand over and over it and this is soothing and brings me back to myself.

I am sorry you don't feel very good identity.

-2 or something for me maybe? Could go either way. Between -2 and 2 maybe at the moment. So many factors to every moment.

5, I took a day off from the computer, read some books, went to the park, ate yummy food, signed/sang, and relaxed.

I'm about a 2 at the moment, wouldn't say I'm depressed but I'm not that happy either.
