Oh, I see. Well, everyone feels stressed sometimes...that's a total human feeling. But if you are anxious, maybe you just need to find things that help you cope...I know getting out of the house and talking to myself/singing helps me, ya gotta figure out your own thing. Good luck with the newsletter though. Honestly though, all sounds pretty normal.

Makayla, you made a mistake, it's not the end of the world....heaven know's I make many of them a day (but try to learn from it).
