+6 I am going on my beautiful Alaska trip this Friday and I am excited about it. I pray nothing comes up in the next few days that would cancel it. It is a cruise and that is the best kind of vacation. Also my art is going to be in a new place in Seattle. The only thing is that I am still getting some of the thought insertion. That is the most annoying symptom I have. I am also getting more autistic as I get older. For awhile there it looked like I was getting less autistic with age but its going backwards. I constantly rock back and forth. Sensory overload is getting worse. I don't know if its the anxiety or the autism. I also have severe GAD along with the autism and schizoaffective disorder. All three of them are equally annoying as my brother. I love him though even as he pokes me. He even pokes my bird. My cute bird to be exact.

I had to laugh at this, I soooooo know what you mean! Sometimes I'll have a day or a half a day when all my acting goes perfect and I'm amazed at myself!
