Why have I taken the amount of anxiety medicine that would normally put me to sleep and I'm still hyperventilating and obsessing and feel horribly agitated. Maybe become addicted to the substance, that's a common side effect. Eugh.

Sad sad. Is there no relief.

It's easy to build up a tolerance to anxiety meds. Especially if you're on them long term. Hope you get some relaxation soon.
