to Sopho-Try shower, that usually clears up my headaches. Opening sinus passages and whatnot.

I would do that actually, but it's really late here now and I don't know how to switch off the shower so my mum always has to switch it off for me but she's asleep

I've never bothered learning before though because I always get shower earlyish so I've never needed to do it myself lol
I used to be able to though, it's just since we got a new shower I haven't bothered learning, I'm not just really lazy. Well, I am a bit.
