A perfectly neutral 5 - I seem to have gotten the hang of switching off my emotions. It's rather handy.

Slept during the night! Planning to keep myself awake all day so that I may pull myself out of the night owl phase...today, I would like to eat at the diner across the street which makes excellent fried chicken...I'd like to go to church and to the Dance class...and...what else...it's nice to be on break and be free of stress...:)

I had a nice walk and a roast lunch in Morrissons, but my Playstation 2 has well and truly given up the ghost. :(

Dear KBABZ,
Whatever it is...I hope it works out...:)

6
I was a little down this morning...because I was 15 minutes late for the dance class and they didn't let me in...last time I was 20 minutes late...so...I guess I'm making progress...:) Maybe next time I will be on time and make it to the class...
But as I was walking in the sun I cheered up...and they had a nice, pleasant street fair going on...It was lovely...I bought an interesting pair of patchwork pants, and a wrap-around skirt...I also had lemonade, grilled corn, grilled beef on stick, and thai food combo...yes I ate too much but I enjoyed my time in the sun...it made me feel much better...and I think I'll go to the gym before I go to church today to burn the extra calories I just ate... and also, Enya's album that I ordered the other day arrived...and I love listening to her songs...'Once You Had Gold' is a marvelous song...:) Enya is great...
A lady at the fair was selling her paintings and craftworks...she painted a lot of hearts with inspiring phrases such as 'never give up', 'follow your heart', etc...It was nice...her works were full of affirmative, postivie energy...I might look into them again before the fair closes...
I feel that happiness is not gained easily...I have to be persistent and determined...but then, there is joy also in the pursuit of happiness...of course, it couldn't be compared to the joy of actually gaining happiness, but still it brings solace...:)

Here's lyrics of Enya's Once You Had Gold, for everybody who is on the quest for happiness...:)

Once You Had Gold

Once you had gold
Once you had silver
Then comes the rains
out of the blue.
Ever and always.
Always and ever.
Time gave both darkness and dreams to you.

Now you can see
Spring comes as autumn
leaves become gold
falling from view.
Ever and always.
Always and ever.
No-one can promise a dream come true,
Time gave both darkness and dreams to you.

What is the dark;
shadows around you,
why not take heart
in the new day?
Ever and always.
Always and ever.
No-one can promise a dream for you,
Time gave both darkness and dreams to you
