15 minutes ago: -5 I don't fit and no one even understands that I don't. They all think I'm so smart, it should be as easy for me as it is for them.

Right this second: +5 I can feel the baby kicking and I know it's the baby, not gas. I still have no idea how I'm going to parent 4 kids, 3 of them under 6-- but I can feel the baby kicking and I know it's OK in there and that's awesome.

15 minutes from now: Probably -5 again. I can't remember how to be human. If I ever knew.

So, not only that, I'm now having problems with a [major] surgery I had several years ago.

Awesome. There goes my functioning level to effectively 5%.

Thanks.

Just some surgery I had several years ago to repair internal damage to the upper abdomen. I now just have to wait for the doctor to get back, then go for some tests, and see from there. If I need surgery again, it should be ok though; lots of drama though for someone who really hates going through with it all. Of course, my ASD just loves the change, and the OCD just loves the worry.

I'll stop complaining now.
