Thank you, Isabella - since finding out I've been in a ridiculously good mood and managed to shake off the lethargy/apathy I've been caught up in lately.

Our kitty has done the same for me. I was in a bit of a funk and he brought me right out of it. I’ve been so happy and more motivated since he showed up.

I haven't felt so good in a while now and it motivated me to take better care of myself. Since this one is very young and will need a lot of attention and care, I think the therapeutical effect will last quite a while :)

Btw you have a beautiful name if yo don't mind me saying.

How did you heal yourself?

I was working with a naturopath and she treated my gut dysbiosis (SIBO) first and then I stayed on an anti-inflammatory mediterranean type diet for the last year and a half and took various supplements and low dose naltrexone (LDN). The LDN is prescibed by my naturopath and calms your immune system and gives your body a chance to heal itself. It works slowly, I’m still getting improvements in my health after taking it for a year and a half. If you’re dealing with any sort of autoimmune or chronic, inflammatory condition it can really turn things around for some people. I had 3 separate conditions that had me in daily pain and they’re almost all gone. I’ve also been working hard to calm my nervous system with yoga, breathing exercises and qi gong. I’m happy to share with you if you want more details, this has all become one of my special interests over the years.

Thanks. Yeah our kitty was skin and bones when he showed up, he needed care and attention too. I love him more than I’ve ever loved another pet. He’s even motivating me to keep my house cleaner!

Time flies and my kitten looks just about ready to take over the world. Finally

My kitty is a rescue. She is perfect. I just got finished holding her like a baby and giving her repeated kisses on her nose. I'm not sure she appreciates all the love, but I can't help it. She is chubby and soft.

He definitely looks like he means business! It's either plotting to take over the world or maybe starting a new religion I think :)
