Getting back on the wagon tonight.
Didn't return to old habits. Im proud that I managed that.
Should probally get some sleep tonight.

That is great to hear.
Progressive small successes are what makes the "Baby Steps" method so powerful.
Constant positive reinforcement.

Here, have a gold star, for your effort. :star:

Getting "better" is usually a slow process, and incorporating "2 steps forwards, and 1 step back".
Once again, the "trick" is getting back on the wagon. 8)

BTW, I had a great walk with my kids, today.
I got up late, but the temperature was still kool.

But I have to get to bed early, from now on, so I can do those 5am walks again. 8O

We do allow terminal ill patients here in Oregon to have euthanasia. I do think more countries and US states should allow it. I only think this should apply to those who have a terminal illness, not those who have depression or going through a hard time because they lost their family or their partner or their job or lost everything they had.

I *think* 2 states/territories, in Australia, cater for euthanasia, but it is only for the terminally ill.
More will probably follow, even if we have to beat it out of the stupid politicians.

I'm glad to hear that.
That is the main thing, the mood swings, for you.

My concern about you going off caffeine and being ADHD, is that I heard, paradoxically, that caffeine can *help* people, who have ADHA, to calm down.
This is weird, to me, and it doesn't have that effect on me.

You mentioned you are having trouble going to sleep.
I was wondering if going off caffeine might be energising your ADHD?
But even if it is, you are still better off, because it is your mood-swings which is the far bigger problem.

I'd be interested in knowing how well you sleep tonight.

That is the sign of a very good sister.
But tell her you need a balance of activity and good sleep.
But I guess, after 9 hours sleep, last night, that was enough. ;)
