Too depressed and panicked to know what to do. Missed doctor's appointment this morning, not sure how I'm going to get into the state required to go to other one this afternoon.

worse then i could imagine all this hell others are forcing on me is effecting my gaming ability, i will not tolerate that.

and i will not bow to others because they demand it.

I've gained weight, and had a freak-out mini-binge as a result.
But I think I know what caused it, and have a plan to try again.

gah i had a binge too today. i ate a small plate of fried rice and a custard tart. I swam for 3 hours and afterwards i couldn't see why i try i will always be a fat piece of s**t so i ate junk.

There are other issues too..... lots of which sit me at around a minus 8 to 9.

We (me and my daughter) cut my hair with clippers but we got confused about the numbers and used a #2, and I look like a spoon. So maybe feel about a 1-2.

too depressed to sleep and just laying here at 5am doing nothing. I should probably start reading my text books for uni. It starts soon.
