1. Odd pervasive peeved feeling today. I want to bite somebody's head off.

-10, Hey God..........hows about that bolt of lighting to the face for when I revoked my baptism? I could probably use it about now because I'm feeling terrible and it would probably put an end to me.

But I don't like these swings that go up and down every few days.

-5, I might drink later.........but I am still feeling quite down and will probably continue to, except tomorrow I'll have to fake like I'm alright for a while because I have to have dinner with my grandparents.

-10......ha ha I went a little mental on my moms boyfriend, started with me just kinda over-reacting to him criticizing my brother for something stupid it really was not a big deal I was just already in a terrible mood and it set me off but then in the middle of that I think I had some sort of flashback because I started yelling at him about all these ridiculous things that had more to do with things said to me when I was a kid that bothered me then the issue at hand. Like I was back in my childhood yelling at a teacher or my parents due to frustration and such........so in effect he probably did not deserve all that.

But I apologized and for whatever reason that made me feel a little better....but at the same time worse, because sometimes I really am causing problems partially due to all screwed up my mind has gotten over the years I mean its just one of those horrible truths......its impossible to be mentally ill and not have some negative effects on others. As much as I put others before me even to an unhealthy extent.....I will always cause them harm at the same time.

The blind spot indicating a migraine has showed up out of nowhere and I've got both kids plus my niece to take care of by myself. I've also got a half put together toy all over my living-room that has to be finished before my niece shows up.

Imma go take some pain pills now before the pain starts. :-\

Thanks you two. The toy is put together now and my niece got here 10 minutes ago. All three of them are having a blast with the new toys. ^_^
