Is that a box for storing red pencils?

I am relatively smart, funny, driven, ambitious, reasonable, and creative. I love my style choices. I think I'm beautiful, even if not everyone else feels that way. I love my body even if it's not "perfect." I have a strong sense of self and work ethic. I have overcome a lot of things in my life and I'm really proud of my strength.

Despite two occasions where I was on the brink of partial shutdown kicking in... Where I managed to make it to the toilet to use as a retreating place so I could lock the door and recover... Despite that, I was able to get the work done. So I believe I worked on six bicycles today in four hours. I was a little stressed on the way in because there was a cycle event, which I saw using one of the main routes into work, so I thought ok, I will use the other route instead... Only to find whoever planned the cycle event had chosen both routes, so people like me had difficulty getting to work. It has happened each time where they say "Plan your journey carefully" yet they don't tell the public which roads they are using (Nothing covered online either) and one often finds after driving miles out of ones way that they seem to have crisscrossed the routes to cover every major road in the area. Why criss cross routes? Surely some sensible person needs to plan a sensible route so only one road is blocked off in each area. Last time it took me an hour and a half and more then twice the distance via low speed country lanes for what should have been a 25 minute journey, because every major road was blocked off. What would happen if someone needed to call an ambulance, fire brigade or police or even coastguard? They have no way they can get through.
Anyway. The good thing is, that despite the pressure hitting me about an hour later which caused me to struggle, I was able to catch it in time and I didn't end up on the floor. I nearly fell down thw stairs as I was almost shutting down when I tried to get downstairs to retreat to the toilet... But I made it! :)

i used up all my spoons that much of the next day's spoons in transporting one of my kinfolk down to portland to buy a car, then drove him back north when the daggone thing broke down on the freeway, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for a few hours while cars and trucks and semis went VVVVVOOOOWWWWNN!! !! past us just a few feet away, their collective wake almost sucking me into the road. i hope that is the last time i gotta do that much driving in a short amount of time on short-notice.

oh well, it was an adventure  there were no restrooms within walking distance so i hadda make do by scrambling up the thistle-ridden hillside to find a hidey spot in some bushes, with the traffic roaring by in the background. that is about as back-to-nature as i have been in quite some time! :lmao:
