-50, today I just can't seem to stop dwelling on bad things from the past and feeling sh*tty and like everything is completely pointless. I guarantee the annoyance I cause people is nothing compared to how I feel.

I"m angry depressed and losing all my friends...but I don't really care I don't see the point in having friends...I want to be alone. I'm growing more and more angry at least it makes me feel better I'd rather be lost in a haze of anger, then lost in hours of negative self introspection. which is what I end up doing sometimes.

I got a bunch of stuff done today, but I'm still tired of not knowing how to drive, and the car I want to learn being broken right now, and being tired all the time and... blah blah blah my problems, blah blah blah. Whatever. I'll figure it all out. I always do.

+1 I managed a restful sleep last night and can walk a bit further today. I also managed to tackle the laundry mountain without set-back.

-3 Anxiety all day. Training at my volunteer position, started melting, then shutdown. A couple of people were okay, others pushing my buttons. Felt sick. Not sure whether to trust my intuition, and wonder how much I am missing.

same here, nothing is entertaining, or fun at all right now. I'm not sad just I don't feel like doing anything at all.
