+1 My doctor increased my dosage of citalopram to 40mg. I wonder if there will be an anxiety spike, similar to when first taking them. Not worried about it though.

About an 8, I am going somewhere where I've only been once (for a concert), so exciting times!

Usually my mood fluctuates between a 3 and a 5, it never goes beyond a 6, so this is an occasion to celebrate!

-1, well finally that cloud of extreme depression lifted a little.......still depressed but not quite as badly for some reason, but I am not sure if its good or if I just got mentally fed up again and locked everything away inside.

The weather is good, and I have little to do.
Which might also be a bad thing.

Feeling a bit optimistic I guess. Not any guarantee to success, but at least there'll be a few changes and more a reason to get out and be more proactive. Already gonna volunteer at the soup kitchen, and looking to see if I can take this free class on job skills at the community college around here. Found an add on craigslist for this e-magizine type thing called the Rag, and they're accepting submissions of poetry and fiction. Anything between 1,500 and 10,000 words, if published, could get me $200, and the deadline is April 30th, so I guess I have some time to work at that.
