I feel forced to accept that continuing to live in misery is favourable, considering that ending would be regretful in terms of family and such

? I know I posted recently above but I am really depressed and really anxious and I don't know what to do. I wish something would stop this. I feel choked and like people will despise me for talking about depression. I wish I felt able to eat.

+5 I was feeling pretty horrible...not because of depression and anxiety this time but I hurt myself when I fell off a crate while trying to get a kitten off the fence. So instead of proper opiates a doctor might have prescribed me I self medicated with alcohol and cannabis and popped whatever had gone out of place in my ankle back in place and it should heal fine hopefully. My back still feels kinda messed up though.
