scale of -10 to +10, how do you feel right now?

It'd probably be neutral but something has been bothering me for a while and it recently got better... So right now the air just tastes so nice, it feels so great on my skin, real freedom from the issue that was bothering me is making me feel really really good. It's like i've been in a whole body cast for a year and now, even though this is just "normal", i feel really happy.

Angry, completely isolated and sick of life in general. I quit taking my zyprexa and attivan because it was making me feel so horrible, I still take my prozac but I don't know why my therapist had to switch me from xanax to ativan, it totally f***s with me. I've come to the potential realization I can't complain about ANYTHING to anyone now or I'll get put on drugs that do worse things to me as side effects for not even feeling that great. I'm just f*****g angry and my Mother was suppose to do something for me that I've been waiting 4 days for but she's fast asleep and refuses to wake up. Sister is here too and I wish she'd leave.

-5 some thing eating at my very soul that I should not worry about 'out of my control' but does eats me just the same.

-5... Mad as a hornet at being unable to resolve being screwed over by the lawyer who was supposed to help me, and by Legal Aid which pretends to help people but doesn't... what a waste of taxpayer money that "service" is!

A week before today... I would not even need to say a number to see how bad I felt.
Today though has been the process of a better day and the hope that it may continue. +5

-10, well I was feeling really depressed and couldn't even keep from crying some(at least I'm by myself right now so no one can see)...but now I just feel kind of angry it was getting to me so much and I just want to do something don't know what... to the the nearby bar, walk to the store who knows i just want to do something because I'm restless now.

In short what the hell is wrong with me today?
