scale of -10 to +10, how do you feel right now?

-3 I'm afraid today just isn't working right now. There has been thundery weather today and it's stopping me from functioning at the moment... any attempts to make up for lost time will have to be all evening based.

-2. Worrying over nothing again (probably), but if my worries come true this time it'll be over something very unfair.

I prefer the high and never want it to stop I can get so much more done than when I'm depressed and looking for ambition.
But we all are different in the way we cope. Feel better! Which ever way you better maybe.

About a 3.5. I've had this weird sensation in my chest like I've been breathing cigarette smoke all night in some bar, but I've breathed nothing but clean country air for days. It doesn't hurt, but it's weirding me out and setting off my anxiety trigger. Probably just my acid reflux, but since I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, I'm always thinking the worst.

-10 not so great.

-3 very worried

-10 sh*tty.....going to bed, maybe I don't know, but I feel really sh*tty and I am not exactly looking forward to the rest of my life.

-7. No matter what happens this won't end well.

I don't even know what to put here. I look at -10 and think, "-10? I wish I felt that good..." I know it seems like an exaggeration but I just don't feel like the number truly represents how screwed up and unhappy I am. And last time I put something under -10 people took offense, but I'm just not sure this scale really fits me.

0. But I think it will increase this day. It's increasing atm Because of songs that are shufflin'

And because I have done much with my life the past week or so, I've gotten better, I got a steady domestic situation atm, things are coming up from the abyss and everyone seem to be moderate and adaptive to my way of life and my needs. And my interests, they give me a lot. So much.
