I know that, now if only I could find a way to not do that when I have an uncontrollable urge to do so. I do those other healthier things to, but it seems it only a matter of time before everything going on in my head or external things that bother me start distracting me from distracting myself....or I am all good and distracted until something small sets me off and everything I have been trying to distract myself from hits me like a freaking freight train.

Sounds hard to deal with

I also chew rubber as I like the taste and smell of it and it is very relaxing

Perhaps of you had something to let your energy out on like a sport of a punch ball

Sometimes when I've felt angry at something or someone I've punched a pillow very hard to get the feeling out, imagining it was the person

People say I'm brilliant but I can't get a job, people say I'm cute but I can't get a relationship.

I try hard but seems mr. Stagnation is the only one who want to contract me.

-5. Nothing like a painful physical ailment to make me upset with everything (and everyone) else as well. I's sad.

+5 my trip went better than expected. I made nearly $1000 at the show selling my art in 4 days. The only problem is when I met Temple Grandin for the second time it didn't go as smoothly as the first time. When I first met her last year, she was very nice and praised my art and thought i would be an amazing success making tons of money. This time however, she was incredibly rude to my brother. My brother made an app for autism and my brother wanted to show her it. Instead of paying attention to the app, she said to my brother, "You are going to die because you are so fat. Oh my God are you fat!" Yes, it is true that my brother is morbidly obese, but that is a total lack of social skills. Even me who is autistic knows that you never attack someone's age or weight. I told her that my anti psychotics have made me gain 100 pounds and she at least understood that. She knew that is what they do to you. I had an interesting part as well. I was in a flash flood in Las Vegas. It happened all over the city. Even right at our hotel! And if we were at this road a few hours later we could have been under water and our car ruined or worse. The news over there said it was one of the worst flash floods. Then when we left Vegas, the next hotel there was just a forest fire a few miles away. Temple was in Denver and I went there as well. It was a driving trip.

I sometimes wonder why I feel somewhat happy (but unhappy occasionally) despite the million issues I have nowadays.
