Too happy... embarrassing? Like rolling around in the supermarket aisles giggling to yourself or something?

I'm also around +5 at the moment, despite being a little cold (brrrr).

^^^^^^^too happy leads to excessive giggling and remarks that I've come to realize other people don't want to hear(for some reason I come across as a smart-ass).
As they told me as a child"A giggling girl and a crowing hen will always come to some bad end".
In local folklore when a hen crows it is a death omen so folks would always wring that chickens neck for dinner.Eerie, because the hen did foretell it's own death.
And some hens will crow, some hormone mix up.I had one that did it but since I live dangerously I didn't kill it.But a raccoon did.

^ I've got a few hens, sometimes one of them crows very loudly. Don't know what causes it, unless she's saying "I don't want a lay another egg as big as that one again!"

I like my hens, they give me a lot of amusement (and eggs). Today I was in my vegetable garden digging up a few carrots when a hen jumped over the fence and came to help me, scoffing a few worms that I'd unearthed at my feet. They like to follow me everywhere. Sometimes I sit on a stool outside and talk to them (I'm crazy I know, but find them quite therapeutic). Today two jumped up, one on each knee and watched my face as I talked to them. Finally they jumped down and went off to peck at something. Fascinating creatures.

Trouble at work. I start to feel really stupid:
- I'll never understand the politics in that place
- people talking about methods I know nothing about, but should. At least that part can be remediated.

Today is my 28th birthday. Earlier in the day I was about a 4. Now I'm -10 due to my bipolar alcoholic father (who I am 100% certain has Aspergers too but is undiagnoised) and his shenanigans. I think I'm going to take a bunch of melatonin and just sleep now.
