I'm using this thread to keep a record now. I could keep my own record and I probably will but I have a habit of using forums as personal journals except I don't mind other people seeing.

I just realized something now. Being on the internet can have a significant impact on my mood.

I was at a 3 before I got on my laptop. 5 minutes later I was at a -4. I noticed a sudden significant drop in my mood upon going on the computer. Then as I was reading posts my mood started to come up a bit to about a 1. Now writing this post has brought my mood up to what I would rate as a 4.

What a difference the internet can make. I can definitely believe it can be addictive knowing how it can affect you. It sent me from a slight but noticable elation to a very noticable sadness and lumpy feeling, then back up to just above equilibrium, and up again to a noticable but moderate high. All those rapid fluctuations just from a little electronic stimulation.

OMG - nothing quite like waking up at -9 right from the gate.

Nasty, nasty dream in which my beloved was leaving me (again?) for another man in our lives - one who's got an admired, sexy job and lots of money from it.

My gawd... I know I wept like mad in the dream, but I think I did for real as well. This day is already a write-off...

It almost feel like the only thing keeping me from self-harming is a lead blanket of apathy and lethargy.

+5.

Met DD11's friends and their moms picking her up from a birthday party yesterday. The kids have thick glasses and plain clothes. The moms wear jeans and ratty t-shirts and pony tails and no make-up.

They're regular folks!! We might be OK with these people!! !

For the first time in two weeks, I have the house clean enough to steam carpets and work on building shelves!!

My neighbor came over and drank two cups of coffee and didn't make any lewd comments!! !

I am having an absolutely wonderful day!! !!

0 probably more like -0

Maybe because I feel somewhat feel like a zero as well. :?

Though I dislike my job with a passion at the moment, I managed to lecture one of my supervisors for 45 minutes about the more arcane aspects of one of our rather weird pieces of equipment... Instead of getting home earlier to finish the current chapter of my novel.

At least I wasn't thinking about the odd reasons why signed up on a local online dating-site again.

:| Have you ever publicly insulted someone in one of the worst, most unjustified ways possible? Have you ever driven it out of preportion and accused them of saying certain things without evidence? Did your four little buddies agree with you and toss their own shots? Did you lie about what was said in a private message? Did you tell a moderator and take careful note about how oblivious or willfully ignorant the support is? Did you keep chipping away at your target as they begged for you to stop and say sorry? Did you watch in awe as the support they needed turn a blind eye? Did you expect the target after all this to turn 180*, kiss your butt, and forget what you did when she/he needed you?

Support site is for what again? I'm confused.
