I feel like I want to die but I don't think I want to die. I keep opening myself up and looking for understanding but all I'm going to do is take up space and suffer.

I haven't felt this much pain since my fiancé died years ago.
When that happened, I tried to kill myself on 3 separate occasions and failed. (I learned my lesson, if planning that, act out of logic, not emotion, otherwise you will likely fail)

The one person who is supposed to support me has made it abundantly clear that his ego is more important than the possibility of me hanging on to the only tiny piece of sanity that I have left, simply because he does not happen to like how it will happen. Very helpful.

And I have one godsend so far that has been the only good point in months.

-7, holy crap too much stress....just too much and more arguing I think I can hear. I'd take a couple of my trazodone and just pass out, maybe I will anyways but I would rather not since constipation is a side effect and I am having enough trouble with that sort of thing as is. Maybe if I have some tea to help digestion with it and eat something like I am supposed to it will work out alright.

-10, more stress...now apparently my sisters phone is off and she hasn't been heard from since I saw her earlier today. I just really hope her and her dog are ok.

-3. Work stuff. Gawd I hope I can come through the other end with a bit of morale intact. A fresh start is looking appealing right now.
