-10. Depressed as f*ck. Have two clean years under my belt but I've been feeling I can be pulled back in at any time.

-10 I hate depression. My medication isn't helping anymore and I'm learning that I don't have many friends at all. And everything keeps more and more wrong everyday

-5 because I can't manage to not drink too much alcohol. Seriously, do you know how fun it is to wake up to negative consequences that will stay for maybe months? But I'm not giving up on life!
.....I know I'll keep drinking though, just hoping to do so less and know when to stop for that night.

5 - depression, anxiety.

I react badly to medications, so I have nothing to sooth the anxiety and depression.
I hate having a busted up body, I can't do my old job anymore.
I currently have no way to help my broken body that cause disabilities. I hate being disabled, autism is enough as is.
I don't have a home or career. I am poor as %^&* and I have to starter all over again, if I ever become capable enough to once again pursue college or work.
I am so broken can't get much exercise :(

I'm a strong two on the haven scale of bad or good. I've got a head cold and cannot sleep. I also wish I had a friend to talk to and hang out with right now.

I m quietly sullen as I have got chest and period pains including eye migraine in my right eye. comes and goes. so maybe a +5, becoz my hearing is okay and I haven't got any more infections.
