-1, meh.....I'm kinda tired and can't sleep so maybe I will try my new sleep med even though its technically an anti-histamine which I don't typically do well with or maybe the trazodone I have left will do the trick.

-3. Feeling sad. Reminded that I could have good relationships if I had any ability to kindle them. I feel like people rarely see me for me. I know I communicate better online, but the divide seems wider than I thought.

I am not sure how low I am, as numbness is coming up over me like a thick fog, but that always means I'm stressed and overwhelmed and trying to escape. I've been mis-communicating worse than ever. I am done talking (out-loud) for awhile, I have to have a break.
