+3: It's a nice day... Got to go for a quiet walk in the cool rain while most were out at church this morning. The skies were/are a deep grey, and with the sheen of the rain on the paved earth, the footing was a similarly dreamy grey from the reflection of the crying sky making the overall vision of my town-like surroundings seem somewhat otherworldly. Seems like a good relaxing day for studies too.

However, my right lung is making gurgles and bubbly feelings in the lower section and has been off and on over the last couple of weeks. I'm worried that it will collapse again, and at this place in my life, I'll have no proper incentive to fight for my life.

+2 - after some sleep, I feel a little better.

+3. Errr.... A second kitty katz just fell into my lap. Wake up one morning and unsuspectingly you're a mum by lunch . I'd feel better if it wasn't so young! It's only 4 weeks old. I'm going to meet it and it's siblings this afternoon (10 of them). Apparently their owners abandoned the house and left them behind along with 3 grown cats. There were a few dogs there too, and chickens and ducks.

+4- My hands are sore, but I finished my 1967-80 Saskatchewan Roughriders jersey!

0. Really bored.

0 and rapidly falling.My son seems to not care at all about me.He's carried my only winter coat off and I still haven't got it back.I had to do outdoor chores with wind chill below zero with a bath robe and jacket.Ive been after him to get a car part to me,I asked him to bring it in case that didn't fix the problem because I am out of food and I could borrow his truck to run to town and get a few groceries.He had his friend drop the part off and that didn't fix it,i need a new distributor.So no ride to get food.I have a doctor appointment on Wens so I called Medicaid transportation.Im suppose to see my social worker that day and I really hope she will take me to the store.I can walk to the parts store and pharmacy from the office,but will need a ride for the groceries.When I sayI have no food,I mean it.There is some deer meat in the freezer,some rice and beans,But nothing fresh,I've picked the turnip greens down to nubs.This is the first time in years where I am feeling like self harm,so far I have not,but the urge to head bang or hit myself is growing.Here is a pic of my fridge,the pot has rice in it.And I have plenty of olive oil.

0, kinda bored...and desiring more social interaction of some kind(my sister and a friend of hers are coming over later for dinner so that will help that) and just hoping I can get my therapist to fill out some paper work for my SSI case.

Much better,maybe a 5.My son got flogged by his sister and aunt so I got the use of the truck and went to town.Yeah!!My fridge looks like its suppose to.

+5- I feel alright today, really.

-2 A massive improvement from earlier on today when I was still at work, trying to finish this project in time and feeling like I was having a heart attack. That was a -16

However, while I am now pajamaed and well fed, the fresh hell awaits tomorrow and I don't think I will have any juice left to soldier on. Anxiety, couldn't you let me miss you for a bit sometimes?
