0. I feel ok now, but for some reason i just can't let go of past failures. every night i dream about being back in those situations i dreaded so much. i wake up feeling exhausted. well, i guess i should just appreciate that i'm ok at the moment.

-2 ssi got denied, going to reapply, f****d if it doesn't get appealed going to become homeless or die wonderful. just going to let it happen too. kind of scared oh well.

+5 Hit up weights and cardio this morning, now it's game time with my boy.

+6 - Got my new cell phone, and I'm waiting for the accompanying screen protector.

-3. I have been hovering around -3 to +1 the last couple of months (after several months of -10), so I guess this is not too bad. Having a mild intestinal bug of some kind does not help, though!

0. still feeling neutral. things aren't perfect but not horrible either. sleep's still a problem, but at least some other things have improved a bit.

+6 I went for a exhaustingly cathartic swim last evening and feel pretty good

-4 Disappointed and annoyed. Spilt milk and all, but wtf with all the runaround?

-6. I've had quite an awful week - not a day gone by without a meltdown, and usually more than one in any given day. I feel very low, and absolutely consumed with anger towards the world and other people in general. Have had a psych referral, but not overly confident due to the long waiting list and a disappointing past with them.

+8 - I am excited for the next two days.
