scale of -10 to +10, how do you feel right now?

I'd say maybe a -10 but it's been going on for a while now due to depression but who cares, everyone only wants to talk to people who are laid back and easy going and happy all the time, not my melancholic whining BS :/

0, I was able to finally eat a breakfast burrito today(with no eggs of course cause they're gross)...yesterday I didn't eat s*** because of being so stressed.

0 right now. I guess because I'm tired and stressed about life in general. 😞

Still -10 as the stress of having no money and everyone around me being moody isn't helping my mood or depression

-2, still worried about my mind....not even so worried about the SSi hearing, just more worried about how the stress of it is effecting me and how i will probably react when I get denied again which going by how things usually go for me I will get denied and have to re-apply. So yeah kinda feeling depressed and hopeless but just trying to get thorough the days one by one.......can't go on like this for much longer though as I can't even hardly eat anything due to stress/anxiety and I already lean towards being underweight.

I have company late in the evenings, during work, and occasionally on Fri-Sat, but for now I've completed my work early and have several lonesome hours to myself.

I feel absolutely awful lately. Nothing helps for long. Additionally my attempts at losing weight have failed after mere two weeks. I feel like such a failure at everything. Even my house doesn't want me in it. It is very clear about this, it sticks the doors for me but not for anyone else.

Does anyone want a grumpy fat middle aged lady and three cats? I am not good for anything, but my cats are probably good for a cuddle sometimes.

-8, just one more damn day till that hearing, still nervous about potentially being denied...but I am not going to worry about it, I wll go to bed shortly, then I just gotta make it one more day. I really do feel like crap though kinda reaching my limits here.
