+6. I am slowly changing my life around, one of the few friends i have cooked me a meal today (very nice it was too), I am currently half way through a bottle of 2007 vintage Rioja. It was the spring equinox today (Though i will not discuss why this is important to me to anyone) I am currently listening to Revelry by Beyond Dawn, the best album that nobody has ever heard of. I actually have stuff to do in my life right up until Tuesday next week though what i am doing on Saturday is a bit on the naughty side and i don't think i should talk about that here. Oh and though it was wet and windy when i took my dog on a walk we saw a Heron, i sometimes wish i was a Heron....

-1. I feel bad about today, but don't feel I should have handled things differently. I can't do high maintenance, I am not a cheerleader, and I can't handle that black hole of negativity.

+1 i feel good because i am having a smoke with my beer, but bad because i quit 3 years ago. I do not want to get addicted again. On the plus side i saw a Kestrel have an aerial battle against 3 jackdaws and win, this was walking my dog but in the village, not out in the fields. Nobody seemed to stop and watch or care bar me regardless of the racket they were making. It was an amazing spectacle, what is wrong with people? I bet they sit at home and watch David Attenborough documentaries on the TV but don't give a damn about what's happening right around them. Rather sad really but i am happy for the Kestrel.

+1 I have had an ok night...but lately I have a couple bruises I don't remember getting like I must have hit my knee, but then my butts been all sore the last couple days but I dont remember doing anything that would have hurt it aside from sitting outside. Perhaps I am too underweight again...but I do eat sometimes not quite enough but WTF, so perhaps I just need more meat on my bones otherwise i suppose I just don't remember getting bruised but it is possible....I mean I even sort of got ran over, was trying to get back in a car and the guy driving thought everyone was in so it was an accident but still left a nasty rug burn thing on my heel. So overall it hasnt been too bad since I have been out of my house...but still painful a bit I was sitting on dirt and pine needles for a while....
