I feel so empty.

+4 I feel good, just mashed myself a nice cup of tea, had a stress free day, currently listening to an old Steve Davis's (yes the snooker player) Interesting Alternative Show which is great if like me you love Zeuhl, Rock In Opposition and all that avent-garde stuff. But it's 3.40 in the morning and i am wide awake and i don't want to be, been laid in bed from one till three and feel too alert to even close my eyes.

+1, doing alright....a bit frusterated since I was trying to buy a PS3 off of ebay that i found as well as some cannabis themed decoration as I found sticker things I can get and put on the PS3 so its not boring and plain. Anyways I was trying to validate my new credit union account on paypal so I could buy those things since they only accept paypal. but now I gotta wait a couple days to have my account validated since I couldn't immediately validate it due to having no idea what an 'access code' is in relation to my credit union account.

+4 - I feel a bit better.

-3 because i let myself down today, I promised i would do something, spent money (over £40) on preparing to do it but at the last hour chickened out due to anxiety, let myself down and family members down and i am angry,, frustrated and thoroughly disappointed with myself

on the other hand

+6 I am getting pleasantly intoxicated on Guinness, have nothing to get up for in the morning, i am listening to a variety of the most amazing, monged out, complex, creative music (currently a Belarusian avent-garde chamber rock band called Rational Diet), Rotherham United defeated 2nd place Brentford 3-0 tonight in league one keeping our slim chances of a second consecutive automatic promotion alive.

Tonight i am alone so i am going to be selfish and enjoy myself, i'll evaluate and try and rectify my mistakes tomorrow, not much i can do now.

I feel like I'm walking on eggshells & am damned if I do & damned if I don't so I think it's better if I just don't try rite now. I wish I had an online friend to chat with things about to help me feel better but I have to deal with some things alone.
