Not being a fan of numbers, I thought I'd describe the way I feel in visual and tactile terms.

That is, I feel as rough as a badger's arse.

About a 5 :|
Spent the whole day alone in my house doing nothing but browsing forums on the internet.
Had a brief phone call from my ex asking if I'm still okay to watch my son for 2 days so she can go on a trip to London shopping.

Other than that

Might nip to the local asda just to get outside or I'll go crazy, There's nothing I need to buy though :(

Actually I think I'll just get drunk and go for a walk

+3 Despin probabilities in the green, but stability is not guaranteed. Request targeting vector update, default to no. Minimum 24 hours to report a positive state change not met. Unknown exact motive.

-6, a little down because there was a rather large conflict between a couple friends/family, dont really feel right going into detail might be sort of personal but it just sucks.

+1 Still struggling with the idea of moving on. Letting go is hard. At least I scheduled with a new therapist. Silence just means silence sometimes, or someone is upset, or just kinda rude honestly. Doesn't mean I should continue, but I really am having trouble coping right now. I think it is about time for a break though. Why must I type everything out? Someone needs to smack me along side the head where it hurts, hard. Why must life be so hard?

-5, and the worst part about my last post in this thread is...the two people conflicting both say f***d up offensive sh*t so why the hell is there such an issue over what happened or was perceived to have happened. I am afraid this will slip out when I am talking 8O

-3 but not sure. Avoided a full meltdown but have upset everyone nevertheless, which keeps me stuck here. Kind of frozen.

+2. It's been a slow and kind of downhearted weekend, but I'm venturing out tomorrow to enjoy the little things. Currently using something called The Snowflake Method to expand an idea for my writing a little.

- 7.5

My FWB of the past 7 years has dumped me by default. He simply doesn't contact me anymore. Really bummed.
