possibly lower than minus 7, I don't know any more.

I am very horribly depressed and it has only come on in the past week or so. I won't tell my doctor because I don't want to go on anti-depressants again. I'm having enough trouble keeping the weight off as it is. I will be very unhealthy if I gain weight.

I can hardly bring myself to do anything, though. I keep thinking horrendous thoughts. I just want to punish myself. I can't even really think. I feel like I'm trapped.

I have money problems as well, which is entirely my fault.

-1. Ironically, I've been on depression forums that were less depressing than WP. My mood and self-esteem always sinks a little when I read this forum...

+ 3-4. Am feeling much better now. My skin has mostly cleared up and I can't constantly feel it on my face anymore.

I hope puddingmouse is OK, and that she knows I am around if she needs me.
