-5 one minute, +3 or so the next. Although that could drop to -8, then back up to +5, then back down to -6 etc. So bloody sick of mood swings man

+7 Very odd considering how I messed up this weekend and how in an hour or so I am off to the local police station to hand my self in. Whoop!! !! ! I am nuts and need help.

had 5 hours sleep.
Supposed to be having heating work maintenance but don't know if anyone is coming out FFS..

Landlord sent me a letter saying heating works will be carried out today but I just reread the damn letter and it says the company doing it would notify me 2 weeks in advance but they havent...


so did I get up early for nothing or what! I hate waiting around not knowing...

ok, though a bit tired...and I have a weird painful cyst kind of thing right below my right ear, hoping its just a build up of skin oil and crap trying to form a pimple, but it is a bit large like a hard bit under the skin if that make sense....so if it doesn't go away or turn into a pimple and keeps hurting I might go to the doctor or whatever and get it checked out.

0, tired...I went on a long bus ride with having to wait at a few stops, longer than it should have been. I got on the right bus going the wrong way and did not realize for quite a while so had to go to the end of that route and wait for them to turn back the other way so I could get to the right street to get on another bus to get home. Then that bus went by even though I was at the stop, they might not have seen me since it was dark or something, so I had to catch the next one which sucked. I got home at like 2 in the morning and now I am contemplating sleep now that its 3:30

-10 All of my friendships have faded away and the last of my family is moving in a few months, I'm going to be completely alone.

For me I'm a 0. I've had an up and down week due to my ocd and obsessive ruminations. But I've experienced worst.
