Update: Um, lets rate this a feeling rather neutral, but having my thoughts go unpleasant places. As in, I think I am a bit too suicidal. Developing some plans with regard towards location and timing and reasoning. No immediate danger of suicide, but my thoughts are developing.

So, lets rate it at: I don't feel like doing s**t, and I am contemplating suicide making this mood a -9 on a scale of -10 to 10.

I lied to my fiancé about my doctor's appointment when he asked how it went. I first told him that I was in the process of weaning off my anti-seizure medicine, when in fact, I got too nervous and stopped the weaning process altogether. I felt terrible about lying to him, so I told him the truth. He was very understanding, but I still feel sad and guilty about the whole thing, because I just want our upcoming marriage to work out.

-3. I'm a useless burden.

Edit: Still a useless burden. It doesn't matter when I realize because I just don't change for the better.
