2+ as, I realize that the notion of recurring events from the last time I was part of wp is not likely..

Not a particularly good time for me, right now....probably about a -4. All my passions are pretty dead and I can't really envision a future fro myself. It will get better in time, I suspect.

A solid 4. Not feeling particularly good, but good enough to say that I'm not feeling bad. I expect that number to fluctuate rapidly along the day, though.

+5. Would be higher if I wasn't still missing my dear friend the old cat. The new cat is still hiding under the bed though it's early days for him and he has never lived in a house before with a strange creature like a human.

-6 Poxy anxiety, can’t get rid of the chest pain. Poxy depression screwing with my brain, a quick chat and a doubled strength tablet? Sure that might fix me. Too many unknowns, so much change, not coping today.

-4. When does this go away? It's pointless, unrewarding, and exhausting. It comes and goes, but I need to find a peaceful path. I seem to need everything that is not good for me, and it's hindering me right now.

I like simplicity, but it never likes me....

+5 going for a head massage today. Love them. Have one every 6 weeks. And Nippy the scared new cat that is new-to-my-place and living under my bed thus far, crept out last night when he thought I was asleep, climbed on my bed and inspected my face so closely that I could feel his breath on my cheek. I've been smiling about that on and off this morning.

The sun is shining again - it's Spring here. Busy weekend coming up though - friend coming to dinner at mine on Saturday, then on Sunday, two birthday events, one a dinner for an adult friend turning 50, one a lunch for twins turning 8. Also an influx of relatives from another city.

So am wondering if I will be -200 by late Sunday night
