-????, I watched undercover filming of horrendous abuse of people with various Intellectual Disabilities in state care and I should not have. So distressing, beyond words.

Haven't been able to feel anything but an increasing sense of dull angst for awhile now.

I feel very numb. Locked within this quandary, that doesn't seem to have a happy resolution or outcome. Tempted to post about it despite appearing as 'Gone' from here.

Self harm and suicide do no more than whimper, so they're nothing to worry about. It's this choice I have to make on my own and by my self. Either one involves a very bitter pill to swallow and the magic answer's not gonna fall on to my lap.

Feel a lot better, though still numb from this rather permanent resolution I've undertook.

Lets say a 5 or 6. Best I've felt in awhile, feel like the ball is finally rolling for me a bit now and I'm pleased with myself for being able to do it. Started this thing with Voc Rehab and the teacher is a nice guy and I think we'll work well together, once I get this done we'll be able to move on the bigger and better things. With me everything kind of starts and stops at the same time so I'm hoping that there will be progress in other aspects of my life and well being going forward from here. 2015 should be a big year for me.

My mood can vary but I have been on the verge as low as -10 but never have been as happy as 10, as none of my wishes or dreams have come true yet, they may never will as most things you would experience would be in your childhood rather than old age. I'm still young though getting to my mid-20s but have a depressing time ahead of me, no job no income, verge of being homeless, anything could happen from now until I die including death.

Not sure I have the words....or numbers. Just diagnosed last month [at age 27] with moderate autism. Explains a lot, but it's a big pill to swallow.

-6 I am so glad that this horrible day is nearly over, I dreaded it for months.

-10 My tooth is in pain and I'm having a mild meltdown due to the fact that I'm turning 25 in less than three months which is stressing me out very badly.
