+2. Rolling smoothly except fears of abandonment invading my dreams. Of course, it's the disturbing ones I usually remember.

8, feeling great but stressed & anxious over graduating this May. I don't think or talk it much to keep the anxiety & stress down. However, I'm doing research on a new place, a job and keeping up with university's updates.

+1 somethings seem to move slowly but, do reach completion

-6, trapped and falling further. It's hard to care when you're around people intent on making you feel worse.

-3 Fatigue attack and I have to go to work

+2 feeling a bit more human even if, sometimes I feel that some people whom play video games are way better than me despite how I consistently try to improve my gameplay skills..

+4 feel somewhat relieved that I'm not totally friendless as, though I may not have many people to talk with in my normal,mundane life at least, here on wp, I find a great amount of serenity as enjoyment with coming across other autistic with their own unique qualities..

I'm feeling really positive and happy. I'm actually enjoying being myself right now and accepting my quirks. I'm not worrying about the future but I'm feeling a lot more positive about it anyway. I'm enjoying my work and meeting new people.

I suppose this doesn't really belong in the Haven but I was absolutely miserable a couple of months ago. I'm looking forward to starting CBT soon and I hope that will help me with my intrusive thoughts. I have been getting more comfortable with my stutter too and that has helped me feel more confident talking to other people. It doesn't bother me quite as much when I start stuttering as it used to.

Worst week and a half in a long time, so I'd say I'm a solid -5.

-10, no one around me cares and being a mute it's very hard to talk to anyone.
