+8. Pretty good. A little tired though.

Between 1 and 10, I suppose about a 3. I never seem to be able to do anything right and I'm going nowhere in life.

It seems that Joy has chosen to go AWOL once again. I'd rather not talk about it.

Me & my girlfriend were having a talk about some serious heavy stuff & I said something I should not of said. I really upset her & she told me I should be with someone else sense I don't accept her as she is. We'll work it out but it may take a little time. She wants time to herself rite now so she's in her room & I'm in mine.

She hugged me & we talked a little. Then we watched a show & we laughed alittle & we talked about the show together. I still feel alittle bad about what happened thou. It's been awhile sense me & Cass had a big problem within our relationship. She has counseling tomorrow & it really wouldn't surprise me if she talked about what happened. I don't go to her counseling appointments but her counselor sticks up for me when Cass talks about an issue with me. Her counselor has recommended couples counseling before & may mention it again. I'm kind of against the idea because I didn't have good luck with the counselor I saw years ago & I didn't have good luck with my psychiatrist either. I'm worried a couples counselor won't understand my Aspergers issues & take Cass's side making me out to be the bad guy. Maybe I should reconsider the idea thou IDK.

I am better than this last weekend but not by much

-2 A little lost, a little down, and a little lonely. Found something new to pursue, but a little haunted wherever I go.

I was floating somewhere in the negative zone, and as of this post, I say I am at... 3?

Sometimes when my dad gets mad at me, he sometimes uses very hurtful words, and at least twice, he tried to hit me in his rage. He isn't abusive, so why would do he such a thing? This has gotten noticeably worse since he lost his job 2 weeks ago. Today, when he was filling out papers, I wanted my brother to stop making so much noise, and then my dad got mad and used the C-word at me, and I called him out on it. I really don't understand why he would use such hurtful words if he actually truly loves us. This is the same guy who allows us to get what we like to eat and whatnot. The same guy who does funny things for the amusement of himself and the people around him.

(Also, I've convinced him a few times to get anger management therapy, but he refuses.)

Having a better day than the past few days. I read a fortune on a fortune cookie today that says, "Be happy with the person you are, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise". That made my day.
