I'm getting to bed at a decent time, but I definitely have a lot of sleep interruptions due to discomfort and pain. My TENS unit (paired with a few extra stretches this morning) has me at a -3 today. I'm hoping this flareup subsides soon!

Acetaminophen is a bad idea for chronic pain, it's overdose is a major cause of liver failure.

-7 right now one of my worst days recently. In class at school today someone decided to tell me to stop being a ret*d today which set of my anxiety and i have been crying ever since.
