-2.5. A dull sense of unhappiness. It might be nice to feel something that wasn't dulled by depression for a change, even if it's not necessarily something good. I seem to be unable to get out of the -3 to +1 range at all for the time being.

Did some chores yesterday, everybody treats it as nothing major and that I should be doing all of it anyway. No praise, no "good job", nothing.

I have pretty much been ignored from childhood up till now so why should it change? I'm tired of trying, using up much energy, and then get nothing out of it.

People need to seriously come out and say, "if your autism level is 2 or below, you're f**k'ed!
Or just straight up kill me so I won't have to experience isolation and sensory issues, just any of it!
