everything is as it should be.

Only about a 3.5, all my bones ache for some reason, and we have to travel tomorrow. Which makes me anxious. I just really hate airplanes.

I had a doctor's visit today and found out I gained about 20 pounds over the winter. The MD blames the salty food I eat from the winter shelter so she wouldn't prescribe a water pill. She said the excess weight will come off if I exercise more and lessen the salty foods.

6.5.. should increase to an 8 in a few hours.

Grandma's Okay for a 96yo with a cold and possible touch of pneumonia. She's still very much cognizant and "with it." We talked for a couple hours yesterday in between her nodding off. Still has a sense of humour, too.

Would be feeling better but I pissed my brother off with my bluntness. (Imagine that? ) He doesn't disagree with my assessment or advice, he just doesn't like that I'm not "nice enough," in my delivery. Oh well, at least the message was in fact both delivered and heard.

Increasing to 8 in a few hours as I'm going to head back to the beach pretty quick and enjoy the best weather afternoon & evening of the week.

I feel that I have offended someone here when I made a post in the Toys 'R' Us thread in Random discussion. I am highly aware that I f***ed up, and I just want to apologize for that. Now I feel like a pile of s***.

6 or so. I've been procrastinating on some tax paperwork I need to complete and file so it'll be off my mind and I can move on to other productive things I need to get done. Ah well, at least the sex gods have been extra nice to me lately - it's been a fun streak. Hmm, and it's the weekend, too.. maybe it'll continue.

I successfully traded in my drug addiction for a gambling addiction and lost $1200 this past week. The reason I'm not a total -10 is because, i believe, I've arrested my gambling addiction at an early stage and won't be going back to the casinos anymore. I learned my lesson; I also did not leave myself flat broke, so I'm okay in that regard.

The Winter Shelter closed a few days ago so I'm back in the street. At least I have a car.

I'm walking with a limp because of sleeping cramped up in the car. My right knee is killing me.

I'm wearing glasses because my left eye is still red and irritated from the cigarette smoke from the casino.
