-7 Too much comparing myself to others and comparing my contributions (which would be pretty much nothing) to theirs, and still coming to terms with the fact that I may never be able to get a job I can support myself on and/or live on my own

about a -5.

Trying to stabilize by listening to music I like - currently listening to Type O Negative and editing photos on photoshop.
My relationship is complicated and I'm missing someone else.
I find going outside right now too overwhelming and my motivations are very low.
I would like to be playing my bass right now, but my tuner isn't working.
My family live interstate and on Sunday they told me that one of our family cats passed away in a pretty horrid way.
Tired.

This thread made me recognise exactly why I feel this low. Thank you.
It is always good to sit and ask yourself once in a while "Why am I feeling this way in particular?"

Well my phone broke which is good and bad. Bad because if I want to look up stuff I can't just grab my phone anymore, Good because I have become addicted to using the phone and need to take a break from being on my phone anyway. Best to look at the good than the bad.

The -1 is from me having to wait until august to finally see my therapist which seems like such a long way from now. When you're waiting for something time seems to fly by very slowly. Also today is july 4th which means loud fireworks.
